Windermere Real Estate/Lane County has deep historical roots in our community. Founded in 1974 by Jean Tate, after great success the company was sold in 1989 to a group of eight local real estate brokers. Jean Tate Real Estate became part of the Windermere franchise in 1998. Since 1972, Windermere Real Estate has been serving the Northwest with more than 300 offices in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana. Nevada, California, Arizona, Hawaii and British Columbia. Residential real estate is the mainstay of Windermere’s business, with offices and associates specializing in single-family housing properties, new construction, condominiums and upscale properties.
